The lone boy stayed on a labyrinth of Muslim plazas all day long, peddled with hawks, usually scrap metal. The world is like a strange stream of sounds, colors, and odors. It flows from him in a hurry. His dress was like an indifferent traveler, a thin shirt of loose cotton, like loose shorts hand-crafted from old pleated trousers, multi-pocket double vests, and a lightweight, tight-fitting jersey. His turban can help him block the ruthless burning sun. He wore a pair of soft leather sandals and a large goatskin bag with a braided belt that contained all his things. His eyes are also hidden under turtle shell sunglasses. On each starry night, the boy dreamed of escaping from this dirty bazaar, guessing if the place the Daddy pointed him on the map was true. The old man told him before his death that there was a palace where all dreams could be realized, and the boy was the only one who was destined to find it through the desert.
